LEMON WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE BALLS

LEMON WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE BALLS

Ingredients-

• 250g white vitawerx chocolate
• 1/2 cup of coconut-granulated
• lemon essence – aimed for 1 teaspoon, but I think it’s more of a taste thing so I used 3 teaspoons
• 60ml thickened cream.

How to-

• In the microwave melt the chocolate, cream and lemon essence untill the chocolate is melted (20 second intivals, mixing in between)
• Fold in the coconut and place in the fridge for around 3 hours or until cool and hardend.
• Roll into balls (2 teaspoons makes 10-12 balls)
• Optional add more coconut to the outer of the balls by rolling into more granulated coconut.
• I also added a few drops of lemon essence to the outer coconut as I am a lemon fan!! .

Enjoy !!!

• Keep in the fridge for roughly a week but no longer then the thickened cream out of date time.
