At Vitawerx, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order is delivered in perfect condition. As chocolate is a permissible item under food safety regulations, we do not offer returns or exchanges except as required by Australian Consumer law.
1. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you have ordered the wrong product. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Chocolate Melting
Vitawerx does not take responsibility for chocolate melting during transit. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and agree that Vitawerx is not liable for any delays or melting caused by Australia Post’s service. Refunds or Replacement stock will not be issued for orders delayed or damaged due to transit conditions.

2. Chocolate Melting Disclaimer:
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for chocolate melting during transit. Although we work diligently with our couriers to ensure your products are delivered in optimal condition, melting due to transit conditions is beyond our control. By proceeding through checkout, you acknowledge and agree that Vitawerx is not responsible for any delays or melting of products caused by Australia Post. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are delayed or damaged due to transit issues.
3. Customs Duties and Taxes:
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or levies that may apply. These charges are not covered by Vitawerx and will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Currency and Transactions:
All transactions are processed in AUD. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, please note that our currency converter provides an estimate, and final charges may vary slightly at checkout.
