WHITE CHOCOLATE EASTER EGGS

INGREDIENTS
- 100g block vitawerx white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 packet white chocolate macadamias
- Sprinkles
- Easter egg moulds
DIRECTIONS
- Place easter egg mould in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Add the vitawerx white chocolate and coconut oil into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir together until melted. Or use a saucepan on low heat until melted
- When chocolate is cooled, add sprinkles and the melted chocolate and pour into the egg moulds half way. Use a spoon to push the chocolate up the sides of the egg moulds or roll the chocolate around in the moulds until the sides are all coated. Place back in the fridge or freezer. Repeat the process until the egg moulds are coated in the chocolate
- Once set, remove from moulds and add in white chocolate macadamias
