TRIPLE DECKER SLICE

Ingredients:- 100g Almond Meal
- 30g cocoa
- 2 Tbls sugar free maple syrup
- 50g melted butter
- 200g Vitawerx Milk Chocolate
- ½ cup cream
- 10g butter
- 200g Vitawerx White Chocolate
- ½ cup cream
- 10g butter
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180.
2. Combine almond meal, cocoa, maple syrup and melted butter and press into silicone mould or an 8” square baking dish lined with wax paper.
Be sure to smooth out the surface.
3. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
4. In a small saucepan, combine the Vitawerx Milk Chocolate, cream and butter on medium heat stirring regularly until a thick ganache is formed.
5. Pour over the base and smooth out the top.
6. Place in the fridge to set.
7. In a clean small saucepan, combine the Vitawerx White Chocolate, cream and butter on medium heat stirring regularly until a thick ganache is formed.
8. Pour over the base and smooth out the top.
9. Place in the fridge to set.
10. Once cooled, set in the freezer overnight to pop the slice out of the silicone mould cleanly. If using a square tray, freeze until set and cut using a sharp knife. Store in the fridge.
