MINI D-ZERT CAKES! 1️⃣ Mix together 1 Egg, 18g @ATPScienceStrawberry Protein Collagen Powder or which flavour you prefer 2️⃣ Pour mixture into silicon mold or small baking dish sprayed with Coconut Oil. Add 4 diced pieces (15g) of @Vitawerx Chocolate & bake for 11mins on 180° in Air Fryer or Pre heated Oven. 1minute 11seconds in a Microwave 3️⃣ If you prefer Chocolate Sauce as topping. Melt 15g @Vitawerx Chocolate on a low heat then add 10ml Water, Mix with a spatula & pour over cooked cake ▶️ Recipe: 1 Mini Cake - Tips: Double recipe for a bigger cake or for multiple serves ✦ Use equal parts White Chocolate & Milk to make Caramel Sauce ✦ Use any preferred flavour Protein, Collagen or MCT powder ✦ Add 5g MCT Oil, Ghee, Butter or Cocoa Powder if preferred ✦ Silicon mold from @Wish ✦ Air Fryer from @KmartAus 2 MIN CHOC MUD CAKE! 1️⃣ Melt 7g White Chocolate & 7g Milk Chocolate or 15g of one flavour on a low heat 2️⃣ Mix together 1 Egg, 18g Scoop Choc Caramel Fudge Protein Collagen Powder or any flavour you prefer, 5g Cacao Powder, 5ml MCT Coconut Oil. Pour mixture into a small ceramic mug. Microwave for 1minute 11seconds OR bake for 11mins on 180° in Air Fryer or Pre heated Oven. 3️⃣ Add 10ml Water to Chocolate, Mix with a spatula & pour over cooked cake ▶️ Recipe: 1 Mini Mug Cake - Tips: If preferred just use 1 Egg & 18g Protein Powder without the Cocoa Powder & Coconut MCT ✦ Double recipe for a bigger cake or for multiple serves ✦ Add Chocolate in the middle of mixture if you prefer to over making sauce ✦ Use any flavour Protein, Collagen or MCT Powder ✦ Use 5g Ghee, Butter or Coconut Oil as alternative to MCT Oil ✦ Ceramic Dish & Air Fryer from @KmartAus
