CHOC OAT CUPS

INGREDIENTS

Base Layer:

  • 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or meal
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch salt
  Choc Layer: 
  • 1 cup @vitawerx choc, melted
  • 1/4 coconut milk

DIRECTIONS
  
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the base layer in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds until mixture is combined but still course and textured. Set 1/4 cup aside for the topping
  2. Pour the remaining mixture into a loaf pan and press firmly. Freeze for 15 minutes
  3. Combine the melted choc and coconut milk together. Pour over top the base layer, top with remaining 1/4 cup of oat mixture and freeze for 30 minutes
  4. Cut into squares and enjoy 😊
