Skillet Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (use a sugar free substitute if keto)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter - melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Vitawerx chocolate - chopped
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Combine almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt together.
- In a separate bowl combine melted butter, egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips and chocolate pieces.
- Press cookie dough into a 20cm oven proof skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
