Choc Almond Butter Cups

Ingredients Bottom Layer:


Ingredients Top Layer:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 heaped tbsp almond butter (can substitute any other nut butter) 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (sugar free if keto)

"Not So" Optional: extra melted choc for the drizzle topping 


1. Combine the ingredients for the bottom layer in a bowl. Mix well and pour into silicone muffin liners. Freeze for 10-15 minutes 

2. Add all of the ingredients for the top layer in a separate bowl. Mix well and pour on top of the chocolate layer. 

3. Refrigerate or freeze until set

4. Top with an extra chocolate drizzle and enjoy
