Salted Caramel Protein Cookie

Cooking time: 1-minute Serving Size: Single Serving Ingredients  1/2 banana 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp oats 1 tbsp protein powder (salted caramel) 1/2 tbsp sugar free golden malt syrup (could also use maple syrup) 1 tbsp almond butter  Pinch salt  1 tbsp @vitawerx white chocolate  Directions
  1. Use a fork to mash the banana.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Form cookie into a circle on parchment paper.
  4. Top with more white chocolate.
  5. Microwave for 1 minute.
