  Salted Caramel Protein Cookie

Cooking time: 1-minute Serving Size: Single Serving

Ingredients:   

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (salted caramel)
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar free golden malt syrup (could also use maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • Pinch salt  
  • 1 tbsp Vitawerx white chocolate 

Directions:

  1. Use a fork to mash the banana.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Form cookie into a circle on parchment paper.
  4. Top with Vitawerx white chocolate chunks.
  5. Microwave for 1 minute.
