Salted Caramel Protein Cookie
Cooking time: 1-minute Serving Size: Single Serving
- 1/2 banana
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp protein powder (salted caramel)
- 1/2 tbsp sugar free golden malt syrup (could also use maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp Vitawerx white chocolate
- Use a fork to mash the banana.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Form cookie into a circle on parchment paper.
- Top with Vitawerx white chocolate chunks.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
