COCONUT BITES

INGREDIENTS

Coconut Layer:

  • 2 cups dedicated coconut
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (use sugar free if keto)
  Choc Topping: 
  • 1/2 cup Vitawerx Choc melted
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD  
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the coconut layer in a food processor and process until combined
  2. Scoop mixture into silicone muffin liners and press firmly, freeze 10 minutes
  3. Combine choc and coconut oil together, microwave until melted and pour over coconut layer. Freeze for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
