CHOC ALMOND BUTTER CUPS

Ingredients Bottom Layer:
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 heaped tbsp almond butter (any type of nut butter would work)
- 80g Vitawerx milk choc bar, melted
Ingredients Top Layer:
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 heaped tbsp almond butter (can substitute any other nut butter)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (sugar free if keto)
"Not So" Optional: extra melted choc for the drizzle topping
Method:
1. Combine the ingredients for the bottom layer in a bowl. Mix well and pour into silicone muffin liners. Freeze for 10-15 minutes
2. Add all of the ingredients for the top layer in a separate bowl. Mix well and pour on top of the chocolate layer.
3. Refrigerate or freeze until set
4. Top with an extra chocolate drizzle and enjoy
