WHITE CHOC LEMON CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:
FOR THE CRUST:
- For the Crust
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
- Pinch salt
Combine all the ingredients together and place in a silicone muffin tray. Freeze for 10 minutes.
FOR THE FILLING:
- For the filling
- 250g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp erythritol
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Zest 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Combine all the ingredients together until smooth. Place on top of bottom layer and freeze until set.
Topping: 50g vitawerx white choc, melted & Easter eggs or bunny ears
