WHITE CHOC CRUNCH BARS

INGREDIENTS
- 200g white chocolate (I used @vitawerx white choc coconut rough)
- 1/3 cup rice puffs
DIRECTIONS
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe dish in 20 second intervals
- Combine rice puffs and stir
- Spread mixture evenly onto a lined tray and add optional toppings (I added sprinkles, chocolate eggs and popcorn popcorn)
- Freeze for 1 hour or until set. Break into large pieces and enjoy
