SALTED CARAMELLO

Ingredients:
- 100g Vitawerx White Chocolate
- 10g Dark Chocolate
- Salt
- Water
Makes 2 servings.
Method:
1. Add 100g White Chocolate & 10g Dark Chocolate with a dash of Salt into a small pot & melt on a low heat for 10mins
2. Once melted add 20mls Water & stir with a spatula
3. Pour into a small serving bowl & Enjoy!
Tips: Store in the fridge for 30mins to make a pudding.
