Vitawerx does not take any responsibility for chocolate melting during transit. In the hotter months we only offer Express Shipping for this reason. By proceeding you agree that Vitawerx are not responsible for any delays and will not issue refunds for any orders that are delayed or melted as a result of the Australia Post service.
How long does shipping take?
To minimise the risk of our products melting in transit, all parcels are sent Express via Australia Post and include tracking details.
Do you ship worldwide?
International shipping is available.

I have not received my order, what do I do?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. All customers are emailed automatic tracking details once their order has been processed
Help- I’ve put the wrong mailing address!
Please email email@example.com as soon as possible, as dispatch of your purchase occurs within 48 hours. Although we will do our best to help you, the postal address can only be changed if your product has not been dispatched.
What if I put the incorrect address on my order and it’s already been dispatched?
In this case, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Staff will contact Australia Post to see if the parcel can be redirected. If it cannot be redirected Australia Post will return it to our warehouse.
In this case you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the parcel sent out again to the correct address.
