KETO WAFFLES WITH MELTED CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup vitawerx milk chocolate, melted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add everything into a blender, blend until combined
  2. Pour 1/3 cup batter into your waffle iron & bake
  3. Top with melted chocolate and fruit of choice

Makes 2 large waffles
