Keto Cheesecake Brownies

For Cheesecake:

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg


  1. Combine the cacao powder, almond flour, baking powder, sweetener and salt in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl melt the chocolate and butter together (either in a double boiler or in 20 second intervals in the microwave – once warmed through then stir until the chocolate melts – make sure it’s not too hot)
  3. Add chocolate mixture to the eggs. Combine with dry ingredients
  4. For the cheesecake: combine cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla and the egg. Mix until combined
  5. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper then add most of the brownie mixture (reserve about a 1/4 cup)
  6. Pour cheesecake over the brownie layer
  7. Add remaining brownie batter in 5 dollops then use a skewer to swirl the batter
  8. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 20 minutes. Let them set for 1 hour before serving
