Skillet Cookies


1 1/2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup coconut sugar (use a sugar free substitute if keto)

1/2 tsp baking powder 

1 egg

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup Vitawerx chocolate, chopped 

Pinch salt 



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt together.  
  3. In a separate bowl combine melted butter, egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Mix in chocolate chips and chocolate pieces.
  6. Press cookie dough into a 20cm oven proof skillet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
