COCONUT BITES
INGREDIENTS
Coconut Layer:
- 2 cups dedicated coconut
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (use sugar free if keto)
Choc Topping:
- 1/2 cup Vitawerx Choc melted
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients for the coconut layer in a food processor and process until combined
- Scoop mixture into silicone muffin liners and press firmly, freeze 10 minutes
- Combine choc and coconut oil together, microwave until melted and pour over coconut layer. Freeze for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
