Christmas Fudge

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
Topping:
3/4 cup melted @vitawerx milk chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
To decorate:
Drizzle of @vitawerx white chocolate
Christmas sprinkles
Directions:
- Mix peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl. Add mixture to a loaf pan lined with parchment and freeze (you can also use silicone muffin trays).
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together, pour over peanut butter mixture. Freeze.
