  • 100g Almond Meal
  • 50g melted butter
  • 3 Tbls Sweetener
  • 30g cocoa
Microwave Caramel (by @Lauralovesketo):
  • 120g butter
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/3 cup Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp molasses
White Chocolate Topping:
  • 100g Vitawerx White Chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp water
  • 10g butter
  1. Preheat your oven to 180
  2. Mix together base ingredients and spead out into a 8″ tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes and set aside to cool.
  4. To make caramel, combine ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl and cook for about 8 minutes, whisking thoroughly at each minute. Stop when the caramel is dark and thick.
  5. Carefully pour the caramel over the chocolate base and allow to set at room temperature.
  6. Once cool, cool thoroughly in the fridge.
  7. For the chocolate topping, melt together white chocolate, water and butter and stir until a smooth melted consistency.
  8. Pour over the top of the caramel and allow to set.
  9. Don’t eat them all!
