CASHEW PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup pure collagen
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Pinch salt
For the coating: @vitawerx white & milk choc, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the cashew butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, collagen and salt in a bowl and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
- Roll the mixture into balls
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil
- Use a fork and dip each ball into the chocolate mixture so that it’s coated and then place on a parchment lined tray
- Refrigerate or freeze
