CASHEW PROTEIN BALLS

CASHEW PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup pure collagen
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch salt

For the coating: @vitawerx white & milk choc, melted


DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the cashew butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, collagen and salt in a bowl and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
  2. Roll the mixture into balls
  3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil
  4. Use a fork and dip each ball into the chocolate mixture so that it’s coated and then place on a parchment lined tray
  5. Refrigerate or freeze
