5 Ingredient Caramel Bites

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup (use sugar free if keto)

3/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup vanilla collagen protein powder

1/2 tsp pure vanilla 

200g @vitawerx chocolate 



  1. Melt 100g chocolate and pour into a silicone muffin tray. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla protein collagen and vanilla. Mix until smooth then add on top of the chocolate layer.
  3. Top peanut butter layer with the remaining chocolate and freeze until set.
