5 Ingredient Caramel Bites

Ingredients
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup (use sugar free if keto)
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vanilla collagen protein powder
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
200g @vitawerx chocolate
Directions
- Melt 100g chocolate and pour into a silicone muffin tray. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla protein collagen and vanilla. Mix until smooth then add on top of the chocolate layer.
- Top peanut butter layer with the remaining chocolate and freeze until set.
