4 ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Cups 





1/4 cup peanut butter

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup (use sugar free if keto)

Pinch salt 

150g @vitawerx chocolate, melted 




  1. Melt half the chocolate and pour into silicone muffin liners. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and salt. Mix well then spoon (1/2 tbsp) on top of the chocolate layer.
  3. Top with remaining melted chocolate then freeze or refrigerate until set.
